Crypto Card Spending Hits $748M in July

Crypto spending cards are gaining serious traction. Onchain data shows that users spent $748.7 million using crypto payment cards in July. This marks the fifth straight month of growth for the sector.

Compared to June, July volumes jumped by nearly 20 percent from $628.7 million. Looking at the bigger picture, the numbers are up more than 140 percent from the same time last year when monthly volume sat at $306 million.

This steady climb shows that more people are using their digital assets for everyday purchases. Market watchers will keep an eye on these payment rails to see if adoption keeps growing through the rest of the year.
