Hyperliquid Launches HIP 4 for Permissionless Prediction Markets

Hyperliquid is officially moving toward a more open ecosystem with the introduction of HIP 4. This update allows anyone to deploy permissionless outcome markets directly on the platform, shifting away from a curated list of trading pairs.

To participate in this new feature, deployers are required to stake 500,000 HYPE tokens. In exchange for managing these markets, creators have the ability to collect up to 50 percent of the trading fees generated by their validator aligned markets.

This move puts more power into the hands of community members who want to bet on specific real world events. By setting a high barrier to entry with the HYPE token stake, the platform aims to keep the quality of these new markets high while encouraging active participation from serious users.
