Strategy, the company widely known for its significant Bitcoin holdings, is stepping into a new corporate benefit role. The firm announced it will deposit 250 dollars annually into Trump Accounts for every eligible child of its United States employees. This move makes them one of the first major public companies to supplement the government savings program with corporate capital.

Beyond the yearly contribution, the firm is matching federal support for new families. For children born on or after January 1, 2025, the company will add a one time 1,000 dollar payment during the birth year. This matches the seed deposit already provided by the U.S. Treasury, effectively doubling the initial investment for new parents at the company.

President Trump launched these tax advantaged investment accounts, known as 530A accounts, on July 4, 2026. The government provided a 1,000 dollar seed deposit to over half a million children at the program's start. While the funds remain locked until the child turns 18, the president has previously hinted that Bitcoin could eventually play a role in the program's investment options.

Strategy CEO Phong Le noted that the program aligns with the firm's focus on long term thinking and financial education. As the company continues its pro crypto path, market observers are watching to see if other industry leaders adopt similar employee perks to support the next generation of investors.
