LIVEXRP has been testing the $1.16 level this week. This price movement follows a notable shift in market behavior where large holders are pulling significant amounts of the token off centralized exchanges. At the same time, the amount of XRP being deposited into exchanges by these same large wallets has dropped sharply. This change in supply dynamics suggests that many long term holders are moving toward holding their assets rather than trading them in the near term.
Data indicates that wallets holding between 100,000 and 100 million XRP grew their balances by 2.8 percent over the last five weeks. Meanwhile, whale deposits to major exchanges like Binance have plummeted by 96 percent from their previous peaks. This trend of accumulation, combined with lower exchange supply, reduces the immediate selling pressure on the market.
Adding to this support is a consistent flow of capital into US spot XRP exchange traded funds. These funds have recorded a four month streak of net inflows, totaling roughly $285 million since the trend began. While these numbers are modest compared to other major crypto funds, they provide a steady source of buying pressure that helps absorb existing supply.
Traders are now watching to see if this combination of whale accumulation and ETF demand is enough to push the price past current resistance levels. While XRP recently pulled back slightly to trade around $1.14, the market remains focused on whether current buyers can absorb the remaining supply to fuel a more decisive move upward.
